Creating a Survey/Quiz
Who writes the questions?
This is completely up to you - we can write the questions for you, or you can provide us with the questions, and we will create the survey/quiz on your behalf. We can also provide you with a Microsoft Word template for the completion of your own questions.
How do recipients access a survey/quiz?
All Insight Manager surveys and quizzes are accessible via a unique URL. Depending on the nature of your survey, respondents can be invited via email (both HTML or plain text) and access the survey by clicking on a URL contained within the email, or surveys can be liked directly from an existing Internet, Intranet or Extranet website. Please see the Technical Information page for further integration options.
Will the survey reflect our corporate branding?
Each survey/quiz utilises a style sheet template. We have a choice of standard style sheets, however, a bespoke style sheet can be designed for you to reflect your branding, logo, colours, font etc., and applied to the survey. This ensures your brand identity is accurately reflected.

Real-time Reporting
Can I track the response rate of the survey in real time?
All responses to surveys and quizzes are captured in real-time in Insight Manager. We can quickly and easily determine how many recipients have responded. Additionally, we can specifically re-target those recipients who have not yet responded.
Can I view the survey results?
We can perform detailed results analysis and send you reports, detailing the responses. Additionally, we can send you a .csv file of your responses for use in other applications, for example Microsoft Excel or SPSS for further analysis. If required, we can provide you with direct access to the online reports for your specific surveys or quizzes.

Technical
Are their any specific operating system or browser requirements?
Insight Manager is a hosted solution so there is no need to purchase hardware or install software to benefit from its powerful functionality. All that respondents require to complete a survey or quiz is access to a PC with internet access using a compatible web browser:
- Browser - Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher; Netscape/Mozilla 5.0 or higher.
- Internet Connectivity - Minimum 56k Internet connection; 256k or above recommended for content/media rich surveys or quizzes.
- Email Account - Individual email account required for individual invitations and confirmation.
- Display - Minimum 800x600 resolution; recommended 1024 x 768 or above.
We already have a website. How can my survey be integrated with it?
Insight Manager surveys or quizzes can be integrated with existing corporate or third-party websites, providing a seamless experience for your end users. As specific integration options are dependant upon the nature of your existing infrastructure, please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.
