Creating an Email Campaign
I need an email template that reflects our corporate branding - is this possible?
Yes, we can design and develop customised email templates to reflect your corporate branding. All you need to do is provide us with your logos and style guide.
Will all my recipient email addresses be displayed in the "To" field?
No, Campaign Manager will deliver a personalised message that is unique to each of your recipients individually; only their own email address will appear in the "To" field.
Do I need to know HTML in order to use Campaign Manager?
No, our email templates are designed so that you can send professional looking campaigns without any HTML experience. The HTML has already been constructed - all you need to do is add your copy and graphics! Campaigns can be sent in HTML format and/or plain text format. This ensures all recipients can view the campaign regardless of whether their email support HTML or plain text emails.

Real-time Reporting
I am sending an invitation – can I automatically capture recipient/guest details?
Yes, the inbuilt RSVP functionality allows you to manage recipient and guest event attendance and capture their details. Examples of such events (invitations and RSVP) include Christmas party, product launch, office meeting or career night. This information can be automatically viewed in the RSVP report.
How will I know how many people have read my email?
Several campaign statistics are available by default providing information regarding recipient interaction. For example, Recipients: total amount of recipients that the campaign was sent to, Unique views: amount of recipients that opened and viewed the campaign and Compound views: amount of recipients that opened the campaign two or more times.
Can I determine why a campaign was not delivered to a recipient?
Yes, the undeliverable section in reporting shows the type of undeliverable result for the recipient as well as the reason for the campaign being undelivered. Types of undeliverable are: Temporary (e.g. Mailbox full, Server offline) and Permanent (e.g. User not found, No Longer Valid).
All of my contacts are stored in my email application/CRM database - do I need to manually enter them into the Campaign Manager Address Book?
No, contact details can be easily imported from most email applications/CRM systems, for example Microsoft® Outlook, GoldMine™.

Technical
What hardware and software do I need to purchase and install to run Campaign Manager?
Since Campaign Manager is a hosted solution, you do not need to purchase any additional hardware or software. All you need is a web browser and an Internet connection.
Several people need to use Campaign Manager to create e-campaigns. Is this possible?
Yes, as Campaign Manager is a hosted solution, users can access it from their Internet browser. Each user will be allocated a unique username and password.
