Using Brand Manager
My office is a part of a large organisation with worldwide offices. Can my international colleagues view my pictures or presentations? Yes. As Brand Manager is an online tool, anyone with Internet access and login details can view assets. User permissions control the user's ability to add and edit graphics, presentations, PDFs, regardless of the location.
I have a large library of images - can I transfer them all directly to Brand Manager?
Yes, all the transferred images retain their original type, size and any additional information. An image name, keywords, Microsoft(r) PowerPoint slides etc. automatically retain their original features during a transfer.
How will I know if I am choosing the right picture?
Brand Manager generates low-resolution thumbnails and previews of artworks, allowing quick preview before download.

Do I need to install Brand Manager on all the computers within my organisation?
No, Brand Manager is a hosted application accessed via a URL on the Internet. Users login using their unique user specific login details (user name and password).
How secure is Brand Manager? Can someone from outside my organisation view my artworks?
Brand Manager is password protected. Only users with the correct login and password can view your artworks. You can give permissions to different types of users, which means that some of them will only have access to certain files chosen by you. You can assign access rights to parties outside of your organisation.
Which file types are supported?
JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TIFF, TGA, PSD (Photoshop), PICT, PCX, WBMP (Wireless Bitmap), PS (Postscript), EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF (Acrobat), PPS (Microsoft® PowerPoint), DOC (Microsoft® Word), XLS (Microsoft® Excel).
Which operating systems does Brand Manager support?
Microsoft® Windows, Apple® Macintosh® or Unix platforms (as long as they have an Internet browser installed.)
Which Internet browsers can be used?
Microsoft® Windows: Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.0, Mozilla 1.0, Mozilla Firefox 0.8. Apple Macintosh: Safari 1, Mozilla 1.7, Mozilla Firefox 0.8.
NB: Versions later than the ones listed can also be used.
