By Rail
Sutton is served by regular trains from central London (London Waterloo, London Victoria and London Bridge.  The journey time is between 30 – 40 minutes; most trains are direct.

By Road
Sutton is within easy reach of the M25 London Orbital Motorway via the A24 (M25 Junction 9) or A217 (M25 Junction 8) dual carriageway. This location gives convenient access to the M3, M4 motorways and Gatwick Airport.  There are several public car parks near Chancery House.

On Foot
Chancery House is a prominent landmark building close to the junction with Cheam Road and St Nicholas Way within 100m of Sutton High Street and 500m of Sutton train station.

Turn right as you come out of the main entrance of Sutton station and cross two sets of traffic lights at the end of the road (heading down hill). Walk down the main High Street until you come to a Waterstones book store.  Turn left before Waterstones and continue straight, passing All Bar One on your right - Chancery House is at the end on the right.
