| | A business graduate, Julia has worked at Skybridge since 1994. Her work encompasses all elements of the Performance Development model - field team provision, motivation programmes, dealer communications and learning & development.
Her work includes strategic consultancy and project management for various areas of the automotive industry such as product launch, fleet sales, customer service and commercial vehicle divisions. Increasingly, these projects are pan-European and multi-lingual in nature.
Julia manages a team of specialist Training Consultants and is herself a trained instructor and assessor with much experience in designing and running assessment centres. She is also qualified in the use of psychometric evaluation tools.
Prior to her time at Skybridge, Julia spent six years in the retail industry with Harrods Ltd with management responsibility for all revenue, customer service, stock and staffing issues relating to her sales area.
